It's officially confirmed from Marvel that Rosario Dawson was cast in Netflix's series of Daredevil. Dawson is commonly known for her role as Gail in Sin City back in 2005. She will also be reprising that role for the next movie Sin City A Dame to Kill For. Sure she's been in Clerks II and Men in Black II, but nothing incredibly substantial. From what Marvel has said is that "Rosario Dawson will play a dedicated young woman whose quest to heal the wounds of Hell’s Kitchen brings Matt Murdock unexpectedly crashing into her life, while her own journey forever alters the course of his battle against the injustices of this broken city."

That doesn't exactly sound promising, but hopefully when we get a glimpse of the upcoming Daredevil show, it'll be impressive.
Fun Fact: This isn't Rosario Dawson's first comic book role. She actually did the voice for Artemis in the animated movie Wonder Woman in 2009.
