Yu Gi Oh Hidden Arsenal 7 Release

Hidden Arsenal 7: Knight of Stars is the final set of the Hidden Arsenal series and is due out this Friday April 26th. This set features new archetypes: Lswarm and Constellar. It also holds support for Gem-Knight, Gishki, Gusto, and Laval cards. The set consists of 24 Secret Rare, and 46 Super Rare cards. The packs have 5 foil cards (oooh shiny!), 1 Secret Rare, and 4 Super Rare cards. Most Yu-Gi-Oh players are keeping their fingers crossed for a Lavalval Chain! 

Lavalval Chain: 2 Level 4 monsters. Once per turn You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to activate 1 of these effects: 

• Send 1 card from your Deck to the Graveyard
• Choose 1 monster from your Desk and place it on top of your Deck

Tin Goldfish: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster from your hand.

Choose Your Dragon's Maze Guild and Begin Your Destiny

Dragon's Maze Pre-release is just around the corner, and that means preparing to choose your guild. With ten different choices, the decision seems daunting. Guilds of Ravnica site features information on each guild you can choose from, and if that's too overwhelming for you and you can't decide, they have a quiz to see what guild holds your destiny. The guilds of Ravnica are Azorius, Orzhov, Dimir, Izzet, Rakdos, Golgari, Gruul, Boros, Selesnya, and Simic.

Azorius, "My Law. My Judgement. My Guild" is white and blue.
Orzhov, "My Consecration. My Commerce. My Guild" is white and black.
Dimir, "My Secrecy. My Advantage. My Guild" is blue and black.
Izzet, "My Ingenuity. My Obsession. My Guild" is red and blue.
Rakdos, "My Chaos. My Carnage. My Guild" is red and black.
Golgari, "My Darkness. My Horde. My Guild," is green and black.
Gruul, "My Fury. My Freedom. My Guild," is green and red.
Boros, "My Army. My Aggression. My Guild," is white and red.
Selesnya, "My Belief. My People. My Guild," is white and green.
Simic, "My Vision. My Evolution. My Guild" is blue and green.

I was conflicted when choosing my guild because I usually like green, white, and red decks. The quiz provided useful as my results were that I would most likely be in the Selesnya guild. Green and White? Win!

TimeZone Gaming Dragon's Maze Pre-Release

Pre-release this weekend for Magic the Gathering's "Dragon's Maze" at TimeZone Gaming in Fords, NJ! On 4/26 at 11:30pm we are taking sign-ups, packs will be handed out at midnight, and rounds begin at 1am. It's $25 to enter and you receive 4 Dragons Maze Guild packs, 1 Guild pack of your choice, 1 secret ally guild pack, and Maze's End promo card! (Note: the promo card can't be used in the pre-release tournament.)

Saturday, April 27th we will be holding another tournament at 12pm and 6pm, as well as Sunday, April 28th at 12pm and at 5pm. Players can come to one or all of the tournaments. (Only players who entered the tournament are allowed in the back).
